Our customer was dealing with recurring blockages. After a thorough investigation, we found that foul waste was exiting to a small 4-inch swan neck gully, causing tissue and waste to accumulate in the bend. Our team got to work, exposing the gully, removing the problematic section, and replacing it with a straight-through pipe. This restored free flow and solved the issue for our customer!
